Romeo Castellucci
Professor of Anthropology at the University of Bologna Institute years: 1966 1915 Born on August 4th in Cesena, Italy. 1933 Enters the anthropology department at the University of Bologna. 1937 After graduation, teaches cultural anthropology and ethnology at the University of Bologna. 1945 Becomes a member of the Italian Communist Party. 1949 Professor of cultural anthropology and ethnology at the University of Bologna. 1962 Visiting professor of cultural anthropology at the University of Avignon (France) until 1965. 1966 Visiting Professor at the Institute. Conducts an anthropological experiment in the Experimental Department with a female test subject and a chimpanzee.
