Waitress; Head of the café (1952-1960) Institute years: 1949-1968 1926 Born on August 1st in Omsk into a family of doctors. 1942 Graduates from high school in Omsk. Takes a short course in nursing. Works as a nurse in a military hospital near Moscow until the end of the war. 1945 Enters the 1st Moscow Order of Lenin Medical Institute (1st MOLMI). 1948 Expelled from medical school. Visits the Institute to celebrate the New Year, accompanied by M.B. Fichtenholtz, a weapons inspector for the People’s Commissatiat of the USSR. Meets the academician Dau. 1949 Employed as a bartender in the Institute café. 1952 Appointed head of the café following the arrest of its former head N.V. Berezhnaya. Awarded a medal for her labour. 1954 Marries academician D.B. Kaledin 1960 Resigns from the café and becomes a housewife. 1968 Announced as a missing person among other staff of the Institute on October 8th.
